Getting Solutions Delivered to You, Right Where You Are

What happens when your machine breaks down and you're far from help? Do you know what the problem is, or will you end up taking the wrong part into the city, costing hours or even days of production? How long will it take to get support? Technology can be a big part of providing and supporting amazing tools. A few weeks ago, we had a call from Ethan, who was having an issue with his industrial fans way out in rural Alberta. His equipment was using some tech that he was unfamiliar with, so we helped him out. After talking him through the problem, one of our journeyman electricians wrote a new program for his VFD and emailed it to him. From there, Ethan was able to open the program using an app on his phone and download it wirelessly to his VFD and get his fans going again. Thanks to technology, distance did not prevent us from helping Ethan solve his problem.
